You maybe right and then again you may not be. When I get around to it I
will discuss the matter with friends more familiar with physics and
chemistry. Gold also gets ruby red when used in glass. We're down to
atomic theory and unfortunately not all of it is correct. In the other
post I mentioned aqua regia which ONLY dissolves gold, so I am told, so
it should not be too tricky to do that, although you'll have problems
with the container.
The product I make is NOT ruby red, as single atoms afloat in distilled
water are insufficiently large in number to have any colour. It is
somewhat greyish and a laser beam shows that up. I note the man writes
CG is a rather "mysterious fluid", which does not tell me anything at all.

Hello Adrian,
I am new at both CS and CG and am learning from both lists. But from
what I've learned on the CG list, Gold does have different properties
than CS and CG cannot be made with low-voltage.
I can address a few points... you said, "You see the current fad is now
in purity of ppm, so how come all those ideas were worked out in
antiquity, since the CS CG etc, was made up by
alchemists, when we had none of that."
From what I understand, (and again, I have a limited understanding) it
is because of the impurities of older silver products that there were so
many cases of argyria. Because we can use better production methods
now, the product is purer and therefore, less of a risk.
Take a look at this website: www.colloidalgold.com He spent over
$150,000.00 in developing his CG making machine. In his website he
states: "Colloidal gold is a rather mysterious fluid. Though the metal
is yellow, the solution is ruby red. High quality, potent colloidal gold
is very difficult to make, hence the price. We think you will agree it
is worth every penny."
I have a bottle of CG produced by Karl (the cg_exchange list owner) and
it is ruby red in color... proper colloidal gold is always a shade of
red and the redder the color the higher quality the CG. Is the product
that you make red in color?
You posted your original statement about how you use silver and gold and
3, 9 volt batteries on the Colloidal Gold list. They are more
knowledgeable than I am. Since you are a member of that list, I suggest
that you re-post your questions on that list because I am certain that
they can answer them point by point.

Well then how come when I do this with low voltage DC the cathode and
anode show effects and antiquity used to make it by boiling gold in
water. I've no doubt it can also be made in other ways, but unless there
is a special dispensation which makes gold behave in different ways than
other Noble metals, I'd like to know. For one example one is told how to
distil alcohol by buying an expensive distiller when it can also be done
near cold with a fishtank heater, although it's slower in a pastic
bucket. And One gets it at a higher percentage You can also stick it
in a deep freeze, but that's different again. I also remember when I was
in the Airforce and our radio broke down. We had a radio engineer who
got some tin snips and a solder gun, removed most of the stuff with the
tin snips, used ordinary electric wire to solder the rest back together
and it worked again. He explained his actions by saying "all that junk
is there only to protect our patents". I have a wee torch which uses 3
laser LED lights, 3 inches by 1/2 inch, cost me two bucks and it works
fine, although the 50,000 whatever torch I have also works. That torch
is but 20% efficient when the LED is 80% efficient, uses ONE milliwatt
and has 3 cadmium batteries 1 cm by 4 mm.
You may also explain how come that within minutes of taking my silver
gold concoction I cough phlegm and C gold is said to do that. Clears the
lungs, among other things. And why when taking this I don't feel hungry
and my belly button is getting closer to my spine, And why everybody
tells me I look ten years younger. If that's all imagination that's fine
by me, as long as it works.
I'm right now looking into a low speed auger/worm gear juicer and the
quotes I get range between 229 and 748 dollars, when the design is
exactly the same, whatever the brand name. One of my brothers was a
chemist whose biz made toothpaste and the stuff that went into the
different brand labels outside came out of the same one ton supplies,
only the flavours were different. I also worked in a chem factory and
made toothpaste, among other things, and that too did the same thing.
You see the current fad is now in purity of ppm, so how come all those
ideas were worked out in antiquity, since the CS CG etc, was made up by
alchemists, when we had none of that. They also did not need toothpaste
because there were no fastfoods either. Actually grass does as well and
cows don't need a dentist either.
Adrian.
