Interesting material. Let us know what the translation reads. It is a
well known fact that the Russians used a product called Mevedyn against germ
warfare. They found that this substance, which was EIS, could neutralize any
microbe exposed to it. I believe it was used in a powder form... perhaps a
milled form of silver? I've also heard rumors that the US Army bought 3
