The above sounds fine but it is difficult to imagine how to prepare a meal.
I went thru your web but could not find anything.
Can You provide some recipes or a web site link?
Hi Peter,
It is better to google on "food combining recipes" and open a whole
different ballgame. :-)
The "father" of modern - more correctly *non*-combining of different foods
- was Herbert Sheldon.
But later writers have made it a lot simpler to understand and update.
Having said all o'that - it is a tough lifestyle choice and I personally do
not know anyone who has not been diagnosed with something rotten like
Cancer, lyme syndrome, or MS that would willingly do it!
You do have to be genuinely near your limit of tolerance and determined to
beat the the thing, first.
Staggeringly, less than 1% of even confirmed serious-Cancer sufferers will
do it!
They opt for the no-win "treatments" and keep right on eating till even
the drugs can't relieve them.
A couple of excellent books are:
Acid & Alkaline by Herman Ahira ISBN 0-918860 44 x
Janette Pleshette "Health On Your Plate" ISBN 0-600-203778 ( Easy to read
summary)
Cheers,
Himagain ( Even in the current CS List, someone with a daughter with a real
bad news warning of Hepatitis doesn't think she will give up the "good"
life that caused it, to cure it..........)
