There's nothing to subscribe to as far as the web site is concerned. It either loads for you or it doesn't. If not, the problem is likely to be something with your web browser setup, I'm afraid. You can subscribe to the OT list to get it in e-mail. To do that, go to: http://www.silverlist.com ... and click on the Off Topic List link, and follow the instructions there to sign up for the regular OT list or the OT digest version. Anybody who's on the main Silver List can already post to the OT list. You only need to subscribe if you want it in e-mail.
