Hi Jonathan, Louise uses a German Vegatest machine. Actually, she uses one of the old models versus the newer models which are computerized. I believe that she was able to acquire some of the strains of Mycoplasma. I can't really tell you more because I don't completely understand the process, other than to know that she had a unique training and has awesome results with healing. Sandy
