Maybe why THE government is so persistent upon building more and greater frequency devices, like satellite: radios, TV, microwaves, replacing the limited earth bound power grid. Once individuals are isolated (from family, peers and social groupings) without communication they (we) may be easily programmed. My guess is for everything "we" know today THE government is already 25-50 years ahead of us on.
