One has been through a huge 3week battle with parvo and the other has been diagnosed with Cushings disease but no signs of it now. We use cs with our dogs as a precautionary measure and it has been working well for the past year. As far as dosage goes if you are using 10ppm cs (typical)and are fighting an infection of some type I recommend taking a mouthfull every hour until symptoms stop and then stay on a maintenance dosage of an ounce or two per day. Some folks on this forum take a lot more than that when ill. I've seen from a quart to a gallon/day for cancer and other serious illnesses. You may want to start slow and build up to a therapeautic dosage to see how your body reacts to cs. Some folks have what's known as a Herxheimer response where so many germs/viruses die that the body reacts with fever/chills/sweats/nausea/dizziness etc. in an effort to get rid of the dead waste. So you may want to start with a little and build up. For my wife and I it has been a Godsend for colds/flu/bronchitis/sinus infections/rashes/cuts/burns/toothaches/female problems/ and more.
