The child (my young son) was breast fed exclusively until 14 months
old, when he went on to solids. He is now 16 months old.
We found that he had been diagnosed wrongly (actually to be fair
tentatively) with herpes. In fact it is strep infection. It got so
severe he had to e admitted to hospital and put on a drip with
antibiotics. he was becoming so weak, although he valiently fought it.
His pain was immense . Most (90%) of his skin became stripped). He
drank plenty and so was not actually dehydrated, and fortunately did
not get blood poisoning or a temeperature. It is clearing up with
antibiotics, fed intravenously.
I suspect he may have been helped earlier if we had decent silver.
(remember I said I got hoold of 3 ppm protein bound from Holland and
BArret. Now a bottle of 20 ppm eletroyticaly prepared silver has
arrived...too late.
As an atopic eczema child, he is susceptible to infections like this
(inc. herpes) and I want to be prepared. So am still interested in all
your comments which I am reading now.
We are in the UK, so America/Canadian homeopaths are ruled out. He (his
name is Ralph) had been under the care of a homeopath for eczema for
several months.

If the baby is being bottle-fed - this is the first culprit to check.
