On the subject of internal food oils, I would love to use coconut oil
for cooking/eating.
What do you think of these oils: We have always used just there oils:
olive pomace oil, and ghee, with the occasional virgin sunflower and
sesame oils., and coconut cream in cooking.
(Virgin coconut oil is very expensive here in the uk - £10.00 per 450
gms for a philipino fair trade oil - and that would not go far in our
vegetarian cooking. I buy this online, and it is the cheapest I have
found.
I just found a company selling fractionated and non-fractionated
coconut oil from the U.S.A. at £13.95 and £8.95): not sure about the
quality of USA coconut oil yet, or what they mean by non-fractionated,
unless it is virgin).
