My sinusitus treatment comprises a mix of CS,Xylitol,MSM,H202,and distilled water with concentrated mineral in it.It works very well ;applied with a salvaged nasal squeeze mister. As for tinnitus,I had it for many years ,possibly caused by working in a noisy environment.However in the last dozen years since I got into this Health food/supplement kick,it is intermittent.At one time it would be a very loud continuous whistling,now it can stop competely for a short time ,but when it is active,the sound is mostly a soft hissing.When I spoke to my Dr. about it ,he had no explanation.When my sinuses act up,it usually affects my ears too,so I use the same mix there.I don't think it is possible to completely eliminate the root cause of Sinusitus,only keep it under control.
