I am writing this letter to tell you how Moducare helped me to fight back against cancer. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in October of 1999, at the age of 45. Luckily I had the opportunity to talk to Lorna Vanderhaeghe about plant sterols and sterolins, and their benefit for cancer, just days before my diagnosis. I started to take Moducare immediately after my lumpectomy, which revealed that the lump was indeed cancerous. At the same time, I had a live blood cell analysis done. From the result I learned that of course I had a low functioning immune system. Because of special circumstances, I had a delay of almost two months between the lumpectomy and the second operation to check whether the cancer had spread to my lymphatic glands. In the meantime, I read The Immune System Cure and followed the diet that Lorna advises in the book. When I learned that the cancer had not spread to my lymphatic glands I was very relieved, and I credit Moducare for it. I did not have any chemotherapy or radiation treatments. In May of 2000 I had my follow up exam, which showed that my immune system was working almost 100% perfectly. I am still taking Moducare and the other supplements that Lorna recommends for cancer.
