I write about health all the time as a profession and I'm on many yahoo groups where we discuss many procedures, and that is not medical advice. MEdical advice is, "I think you should do x, y and z bla bla bla." I appreciate your recommendation to find an open MD and not self cathereterize although, paraplegics and those with neuro diseases do it 5 times a day! One can be taught to self catheterize fairly easily from what I understand but I appreciate your concern and yes I'd rather have a doc do it, or a nurse, and actually, just ozonate my bladder which would work equally well. I have an ozone machine and all the setup and even the catheters. The problem is finding a holistic nurse who will do it. I'll have to try I guess. Is this in chronic infections that it worked? I have a chronic infection since August and its low grade but flares up and then recedes and is very annoying. I don't like the effect of DMSO on me I must admit, but I see your point, it would not only be anti inflammatory but also move deeper into the bladder lining where some bugs reside. I don't understand, who is "we" when "we" have experimenteers and volunteers? Again, it is not medical advice if you say, A friend did x or I did y and it helped me. My gosh otherwise this whole silver board could be construed as medical advice without a license. People are sharing their self-help techniques. I am legally always allowed to tell you a story. Let me know if you have any more specific information, again, just stating, I know of someone who did x y z, and I myself have done z z z, but these do not constitute advice and please see a professional etc...is all that you need to do to protect yourself. Thanx.
