Not anything I worry about because I spent over 20 years with many colds
per year, nasty secondary infections in the sinuses, and just before I
found CS those were starting to go into my lungs frequently. Rx
antibiotics frequently, though I always tried hard not to go there.
From my personal experience this does not happen, probably because the
way CS kills pathogens is not the same as conventional antibiotics and
pathogens don't seem to develop resistance to it.
Can't speak to the vit C. I have never been able to take large doses of
it, as it gives me worse diarrhea at doses well below the ones
considered therapeutic. Supplemental doses is all I can do.
I would like to have the link or reference to the source of the info re
CS though, as I'd like to read it for myself.
