Below is a web site that I found interesting regard Lecithin.... I just began get Lecithin (granules) from the health food store and putting them in applesauce... two to three times a day. Approximately 1 large tbls... do not put in anything hot or warm. I believe I've notice something happening... to early to tell as I just started 2 days ago. Anyone else using this?
