Although I don't agree with Frank's marketing
technique, I have no reason to believe his product is
bogus. We must remember that successful action against
people who make/sell CS and brewers can also be used
against all other people doing the same thing. If
Frank has actually ripped someone off, that is one
matter. But if he is being harrassed for his product,
for "practising medicine" or some such garbage, we
should support him in his struggle.
Does anyone know the details of this action? What is
he being accused of? Don't help in this legal action
until we know what is actually happening here.
