Then you are doing something wrong. What size wire, what size container, and how much H2O2 and wire? If you have a large excess of H2O2 you will not see any silver oxide because it is somewhat soluble, you MUST exceed the solubility limit before you will see anything. Ususally takes about 2 days if you have a glass with a piece of 4 guage silver wire across the bottom, and just enough H2O2 to cover it.
