You wolud think that distilled water is that, but when I make distilled water 
it has a pH of 9.
pH means how much hydrogen positive ions there are in the water so even if its 
perfectly pure distilled water it can have a very wide range of pH ,
 the more positive hydrogen ions it has the more acidic it is.

they call it hydronium , it can have a pH down to almost zero 
this makes it a proton donor (acid) which is actually good stuff for the body. 
Protons are what makes you alive. no protons... no life.

People get old and die due to a proton deficiency.

I supplement with protons almost every day. one can use lemon juice, diluted 
hydronium or carbonic acid, among other things. carbonic acid is best.
