In making my CS, I use only pure ozonated, steam distilled water + .9999 pure silver at lvdc for the proper time to make 1 gallon CS--then I remove the current and wires, test with laser light to observe a nice red Tyndall; then test with Hanna TDS digital meter to obtain 6-8 reading which according to Ode x 2 = ppm. I then add 4 cc 3% H2O2 and label as "10 ppm CS with H2O2 3%"(which is underated) and is crystal clear. Jason's tests show that this small amount of H2O2 will lower the pathogen killing time from a few hours to perhaps 15 minutes--still, with or without H2O2, 100% kill is 100% kill.
