I guess it depends how much silver you need?
I have bought Terry Chamberlin's device (also a member on this list) which
makes 10 gallons of CS in one hour.
High voltage, excellent quality CS, no need for dark coloured glass
containers or such. Not affected by the sun or shelf life.
I use it in my pool, my garden, on my pets, keep my kitchen hygienic,
give it to my friends, my family and also my partner who has MS is
improving daily. The CS has been proven time and time again.
