Ok, I have some cineraria tincture, which I got some years ago but didn't use as directed because it just stung so much. It says 1 drop in the eyes 4-5 times a day. I don't think I'm likely to do it that often, cataract or no cataracts; the best I ended up doing was putting it on the eyelid for some principal to seep through. I suspect the practitioner didn't realise it was so strong - maybe it was to be succussed or something.
Anyway, I've just brought a coconut home with me and am wondering whether to put some cineraria tincture in the cocounut milk and get the best of both remedies.
