Edgar Cayce recommended massaging the body with a mixture of Olive Oil, Castor Oil, and Peanut Oil starting from the extremities and going towards the heart. The massage should be done after a warm/hot bath. About once a week...

Paresthesia, it is called. It is not neuropathy, as I`m not diabetic, and when I had a nerve conduction test run, where they stuck needles in my legs (ouchy!), it was normal. But rubbing my feet, which once felt great, now is not, as I have patchwork sensations. Feels positively weird when my Pug licks my foot, as I can always feel the pressure, but in some areas I sense no warmth or wetness, but I can feel them in others right next to the numb ones. It is horrible to accidently step on something, a sunflower seed shell from the birds for example, as the pain sensations are hyper. Also, my feet and ankles swell easily and turn purple, like when I`m typing on this thing for example, or even when I sleep.( I wake up at night and have to go to the bathroom, not to potty, just for someplace to go to get my feet working again!) SOOO annoying! I was told my blood flow is normal, but it is the lymph that is so backed up. I hope swimming daily will help, once I have my Trust to pay for the pool membership. I don`t know if Refexology can help this. I hope so, willing to give it a try! Any further suggestions? Marshalee -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
