Thanks for all the response to my post about my IBS I appreciate all the advice
greatly...I have had a colonoscopy about three years ago. I recently had knee
surgery and went thru an awful lot of pain and was taking way too much over the
counter pain relievers. and stopped taking my psyillium like I used to take
faithfully too...I am thinking the combonation of things brought this on. But I
have one question could this be an overgrowth of bad bacteria too in the
intestines? If it is can I take cs orally or thru enema to kill off the bad
bacteria....anyone with experience with this?
Thanks again group for all your input, I will be off to the health food store
tomorrow with the list in hand.
