Which leads me to my next ailment. Plantars warts. I had one when I was in
the Navy 20 years ago. I dug it out and it went away, only to reappear and
bring friends.
For Warts, do the following:
Take equal parts (small quantities) of Castor Oil (now itÂ’s called Ricinus
oil) and bio-carbonate.
Rub the two togerther between the fingers, until they stiffen up, and look a
bit like white chewing gum.
This you put on the wart, and put a plaster on it to keep it in place.
It may give a burning sensation.
Leave for some three days, then remove.
See what happens.
