Not wild yam and not a prescription. It is a progesterone from soy. I use Arbonne's cream. It is a balancing cream that has plant based estrogen (to block the estrogen receptors from taking in the artificial estrogens in our environment) as well as several different herbs and natural progesterone from soy.
