Jason, I was wondering if you have had dental problems at all. I re-read you symptoms and noticed that you mentioned myfacial pain. Do a search on jaw bone cavitations on google. This can cause lowered immunity in addition to candida from lots of antibioitic use from dental problems. Also you mentioned being in an accident. Getting jarred like in a car accident can cause inflammation of the thymus gland which can impair the immune system. Many cases of fibromyalgia have happened after a car accident. You have alot of options to look into. It is not a hopeless case. Best of luck to you.
