Sorry to hear about your accident. One suggestion might be a soak in Epsom
Salts (aka Magnesium Sulfate). Magnesium will help both inside and out.

Well, it took me to the age of 53, but I finally was in my first car
wreck! I was nearly T-boned this afternoon by a big pickup, whose
(uninsured) driver blew right through the stop sign. No damage to him, of

Worst thing of all, I had just gotten 4 new tires, a new windshield, done
the smog and inspection, fixed the worn tie rod and got an alignment,
registered it in Utah, and filled the gas tank, all in the last 2 weeks.
Nearly 1000 bucks down the drain.
Whatever.
Am I glad to still be alive?
