This is very interesting. Thanks for getting cat-bit so you could experiment with this (?... ;-))
Ahem... I have also been thinking of just such a process to inject the silver ions into the skin with electricity. I also considered using it in conjunction with a Hulda Clark style zapper (DC pulses), ie with a silver positive electrode, and possibly CS as an electrolyte. Do you know if it was just the electricity that was acting or whether the CS actually got in? I know that some have had good results with just DC current using stainless steel electrodes wrapped with cloth and using an electrolyte. I know that the microelectricitygermkiller people had a bit of trouble with too much voltage/current when they got hot spots of high conduction causing tunneling burns in some cases... Does anyone have any insights about the amount of voltage/current to use on external application (unbroken skin) and the same question for internal application such as on broken skin or with a silver needle? Dan CS>cat bite update From: Ode Coyote wrote: Date: Tue, 12 Jul 2005 03:57:44 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Got cat bit last Wednesday night, really deep on both sides of left thumb joint...right IN the joint almost deep enough for the holes to meet. Used makeshift iontophorosis device consisting of silver ring on thumb, Copper braclet on wrist, two 1.5 volt AAA cells in series and an LED to show current flow hooked up between them [very dim] and using CS [EIS] as an electrolyte soaking two fuzzy hairbands worn over the electrodes. [Dry skin in between] Wore it for half a day the day after the bite. Some reddish skin spanning between the electrodes developed, no discomfort from the electricity. A little clear ooze from the holes when squeezed on the first day. [lymph] Minor swelling. Joint still a little stiff on the second day. Swelling down to normal. Third day, two reddish dots on thumb, stiffness dimishing. 4th day, almost forgot it happened at all. Yesterday, day 5, no stiffness, no redness 2 tiny surface scabs, very slight tenderness under the lower scab. No infection that I could find any evidence of the whole time. ..almost forgot to write about it this morning. Oh yea, orally consumed about 8 oz of EIS over the whole period of time.
