Need help with opinions or experience from others. One of my son's will be playing football, again, this year and wants to use a product to gain weight and muscle. He wants to use a product called Cyto Gainer and I'm not sure if this is good or bad. I don't want him hurting his body. He says he wouldn't start using it until he begins working out later this summer. If this is isn't a good product is there one that is? So many questions I don't have answers for. He'll be a junior in HS (I can't believe it!).

Thanks,

Cindy
