After looking locally, and about to purchase some 20% vinegar on the net, I found our local chemical supply company had 56% vinegar at $12 a gallon. That is easy to make 20% with the following dilutions: 1 gallon of 56%, 1 gallon of 5% (from your grocery), 1 gallon of water = 3 gallons of 20.3% 5 gallons of 56%, 9 gallons of water = 14 gallons of 20% 5 gallons of 56%, 7 gallons of 5%, 5 gallons of water = 16 gallons of 20% But be VERY careful, wear eye protection when mixing and using, 20% vinegar, if you get it in your eyes will blink you for 3 to 6 weeks, and 56% would be even worse.
