A PWT that reads 20 uS is "telling a story about" 20 PPM..in CS
 It's telling a story about 10 PPM in saline solution. [salt water]

uS and PPM are two different variably related stories being stuffed into
the same book.

 uS is a direct measurement of conductivity.
 PPM derived from uS is a story based on a relatively true fantasy...true,
relative to different contexts within the story.
