Cindy. Thanks for your reply . I will check into these books at our library. We have access to almost any book , anywhere through a new system our library has made available to us. I have been working with my diet very seriously for some time. Have used an SCD celiac diet for about a year now. My general health is better, however I continue to have upper right , under the center ribcage burning and feeling of indigestion on a regular basis. I have recently learned that I have an atrophic pancreas which the doctors shrug their shoulders about. Have known for sometime that I have a very mobile and overlarge , floppy, large intestine. My constipation problem is much improved. I am alsways interested in further information. Thanks again. Ruth
