CS>Dosage of Silver

We are dealing with a bad case of Mononucleosis here. I started my son on 
10ppm, 10 cc 3xday. It is ASAP brand. After 4 days He only gets worse. How much 
of this stuff should I give him? We have started steriods because he can no 
longer swallow as his tonsils have closed off his thoat.
