Hi, One other thing one should consider before getting conveniently vaccinated. There are a host of preservatives added into the vaccine to prolong its life span. So not only can you potentially show signs of sickness as a reaction to the vaccine but also take in whatever other wonderful foreign chemical your body doesn't need. Best regard. e. My natural inclination is to agree with Ernie's thoughts. After the SARS hype, I've been noticing, but ignoring, the increasing reports on this Avian Flu. Ignoring, that is, until I read a newsletter from Dr Robert Rowan last month. Many of you may recognize his name; he seems to be well known in the alternate/natural health field. Like his peers, he always advocates a healthy eating, pharmacy-free lifestyle So I was totally blown away upon reading how seriously he is taking the warnings on this Avian Flu--AND--said that for the first time ever, he was recommending that people take the flu shot for this variant, should it become available! I'm still not going to take him up on that recommendation, UNLESS I would also see other well known alternative health docs agree with him. And I still don't think I could bring myself to ever get this shot, but that recommendation means (to me) that perhaps this Avian Flu does need to be taken more seriously and that it's not all the hype I've been assuming it to be.
