This article was as big a collection of dishonest
propaganda as I’ve seen in a while. Basic
pseudo-science like what the FDA/EPA uses all the
time. It’s the same kind of blather that I have seen
on some websites purporting to sell *the only true*,
or *the only safe*, or *the very best* CS, and then
gives you this kind of mumbo-jumbo to explain how
their special CS is the best or the only CS to buy.
All hucksters operate the same way, whether private or
government.

First you identify, in an authoritative-sounding
manner, that the item is colloidal silver. Then you
discuss other forms of silver preparations that caused
negative reactions, and you are very careful to avoid
distinguishing between one form and another. You cite
some research findings that may or not have anything
to do with the subject, knowing full well that 99.99%
of your readers will not check those references. You
support some of your claims with these references, and
make other claims that have no supportive references
whatsoever. You carefully lead your readers along the
garden path until they at best have doubts and at
worst are terrified to use the product.

This article did the normal gov’t tactic, to cite
research demonstrating the dangers of silver salts and
compounds, and then attribute it to *colloidal
silver*. They depend on the ignorance of the article's
readers of the fact that the only way to make 450 ppm
CS with three 9-volt batteries is to let it brew all
night until one of the silver wires is nearly
dissolved. Stan Jones did it by making coffee-colored
CS with city water and drinking 8 oz/day for two
years. For that he got some slight blue along his
upper eyelids. That the article made no mention of how
the home-brewed CS was made, what type of water, how
long was it brewed, etc., removes it from any
consideration as something to be taken seriously. It
is dishonest propaganda, not science. It has no more
validity than an article that says, “I once knew a guy
who had a brother who’s neighbor drank some colloidal
silver and died.”
