We had good results with this on immune suppressed diabetic with mrsa and tunneling infection/ non-healing of surgery incisions on leg. Used 10-20 ppm homemade CS with 5 to 10 percent DMSO. Place a clean gauze pad (or similar) over the problem area and keep it wet with the CS/DMSO solution. Takes a while to heal but the infection is affected pretty fast.
He also took some CS internally and was on oral antibiotics.
