It has been my experience that CS prevents mold, but
doesn't get rid of it once it's there.
Spraying CS on shower curtains after a shower keeps
them free of mold, but CS sprayed on an already formed
black mold area is not effective.
I assume this is because the mold starts off as a
single-cell organism, but after it becomes a colony,
it's too developed, past the single-cell state.
I also spray hydrogen peroxide and find it to be as effective.
