That's good. (Rather far for me to nip down to Walmart, but I was lucky enough to get one on special in a chemist a bit closer to home last year. But no instruction book with it, unfortunately, and I was never able to locate the maker on line.)
For how long do you inhale it? My DH has come down with some chest thing and I have set up the one I have for him, but if it's at all close it makes him cough, though I can inhale it no problem. When I was using it previously as a preventive measure, I didn't inhale for very long, just until I got a bit fed up. But using it in earnest, I don't know. Should one try to get all that mist into the lungs, or just what chances to drift by, or cover head with towel so none escapes, or use some sort of mask? After a surprisingly unsuccessful search for pictures of nebulisers in use, one tiny pic of a little boy using a nebuliser makes me wonder whether the spout thing is supposed to go in the mouth!
