Hi scl555, I havent tried either of those but I tried a few other ones and the one I liked best was Natures Herbs, it seemed to work best for me, but it is not near as strong as those on that website. But then I jsut take like 3 or 4 of them before bed if I feel something coming on and then Im all better the next morning. And Chase it down with some CS
