I'm taking 400 iu of Vit. 3 and a moderate selenium dosage, 25 mcg. daily,
and have been for years. I'll have to boost my selenium intake. Thanks
for the tip

There is specific evidence that increasing one's
intake of selenium and Vit E increases the body's
utilization of silver (and diminishes its tendency to
accumulate silver in the skin or elsewhere). The
corollary idea is that a deficiency of these nutrients
contributes to a susceptibility to argyria
If I had blue anything, I would supplement with those items.
