if you will be nebulizing a mixture of, say, CS, with dmso, and maybe msm, your nebulizer would need to be an "ultrasonic nebulizer". the reason being, to make sure these additions to the water will stay in the cool mist, and not stay in the tank of the nebulizer. the ultrasonic function keeps all the molecules mixed, in the mist, and therefore effective. hope this makes sense..... jim
