The metal in the ultrasonics is not alumunim. I imagine its probably some kind 
of stainless steel  alloy or it might even be titanium. Alumunim woludnt hold 
up to that kind of abuse. it wolud disolve real fast due to the cavitation, so 
it has to be some alloy that is highly resistant to corrosion for it to last 
any length of time.
