Just my experience, but a few years back, I had a couple of the biggest mercury
fillings removed by a qualified dentist who knew what he was doing. I didn't
even make it to the car in the parking lot before my sinuses opened up like
Niagara Falls. At first, I thought I had very suddenly come down with a cold,
but I got no other symptoms, and was fine the next day.

It finally clicked in my head that the sudden profuse draining had something to
do with getting the mercury out of my teeth!

The only negative thought I had regarding amalgam removal is this - the dentist
digs out the amalgam plus a little more of the tooth, thus increasing the size
of the filling. The bigger the filling, the weaker the tooth, which can lead
to capped teeth and another vicious cycle.

Mine have been replaced and I'm not sure I've noticed a difference. Mercola
says that chlorella will remove the heavy metals such as mercury.
