I have a few questions about the Lemon and Garlic tonic...
1) It's a WHOLE lemon - seeds, skin, pith, and all?
2) Will you need to add any water to get it to blend?
3) Nine lemons and nine cloves of garlic one each per day over the 9 days?
4) Why stop at the end of 9 days?
1) It's a WHOLE lemon - seeds, skin, pith, and all?
Yes, you take the whole lemon (seeds, skin) and rinse it under the tap. You
can cut it into little parts, to ease the work of your liquidizer, yes. (We
ruined ours by throwing in too big chunks.)
You do so also with the clove of garlic, but now take off the outer skin.
2) Will you need to add any water to get it to blend?
Yes, just a little bit of water; we'd say a quart of a cup.
After blending, sift the liquid through a sifter; to separate the rough
remnants out, you drink only the mixed liquid.
3) Nine lemons and nine cloves of garlic one each per day over the 9 days?
That's correct.
4) Why stop at the end of 9 days?
Because the tissue of the stomach can get irritated if you do more than9
days. These nine days were given us for the process to take place. You can
repeat the treatment, say once a month, but don't overdo.
If you have gastritis, or ulcers you can do the treatment after breakfast ..
be reasonable! Take into account the state of your stomach.
This treatment is for migraines, rheumatism (arthritis, pain in the joints),
and circulatory problems like arteriosclerosis.
You may experience a slight reduction of your weight. This should not worry
you.
Addendum: For any person having hemophilia or coagulation of the blood it is
not advisable to do this treatment.
Hope to serve,
Luz and Faith
