possibly this is referring to some "zappers" (with the capability of using it to produce cs ) wich where banned by the swiss medical administration because of "medical claims" made in public (ie internet)...but otherwise you can walk into any bank or bouillon dealer and buy any quantity of silver you 'd want. laurenz
