Sometime in the not too distant past,some learned person posted this 
recipe.Evidently this way makes the Vitamin C far more effective and more 
easily assimable.Also easier on a sensitive stomach.For a long time I had been 
doing the Calcium Ascorbate bit,but this new regimen jibed with some research 
info I had read in the past and forgotten.Now I do both,have to cover all bases.
