On page 25 of Gibb's book, paragraph ACor DC, the final statement is that the 
4-star rated products are made by the AC process. It works great but has a 
pitfall if one is not careful.
 
1. Unless the DW is vacuum out-gased and brewed under a CO2 or Argon atmoshpere 
there will be silver nitrates and silver nitrities formed.
 
2. One great advantage of the HVAC arc process is that the water is structured 
into a triangular crystalline structure. I have a TEM that shows that effect.
