I got one of those from a friend who said he never sent me an attachment.
I didn't open it and asked him later.
It appears there are "harvesters" of email addresses from the email
servers, according to my ISP (Internet Service Provider) guy.
You may be infected with a virus, Ole Bob.
Moral of the story: Don't open any attachment, until confirming with
the sender that he actually sent one. Hitting the reply button won't
usually get a response. You'll have to send a new message.
I learned the hard way.
