I buy vitamin C at walmart brand name Spring Valley Natural vitamin C 500 mg with Rose hips. I have also bought it at SAM's Club brand name Member's Mark Ester C 500mg and it says Natural/Non-Acidic with Rose Hips. My question is are these good vitamin C brands to buy and is ester C better?
