In 1972 a Japanese physician, Dr. Y. Omura began a detoxification

affect, Dr. Omura found that many of his addicted patients had quit
smoking and many also lost weight. This lead to the use of acupuncture
to help people quit smoking and lose weight.
All I could find on his research with the O ring test was about 4
foods, and how to tell which were good for which type of person. could
you quote or send references to the article? susie

An MD named Y. Omura did some research on this topic, using his
patented Bi-Digital O-Ring test. His published work showing that
microwaved food and drink had deleterious effects on human health, as
measured by a weakening of the o-ring finger strength.
I respect Omura's work very much, so his article convinced me to avoid
microwave ovens.

Does it change the molecular properties of water? All we were doing
here is sterilizing the water. You can easily boil the jar of water in
a pot of boiling water on any kind of stove. You don't heat the
vitamin C of course. Susie

You can make your own. Just remember that l level teaspoon of salt in
a pint of water =0.9% saline, the base for many IV fluids. You can
boil this in the microwave. I would put another jar,say a small
babyfood jar filled with water in the microwave too, boil both l0
minutes. What ever evaporates from the jar with the salt won't matter,
or you can put some from the babyfood jar over into it. When the water
is mostly cool, pour a small amount, maybe l/4 cup, of the saline
water into the sterilized babyfood jar. Add the amount of C you want,
let it dissolve. Now you have sterile IV fluid with C.

Microwaving food (or anything else) is one of the best ways to
deleteriously change the molecular structure of what you're eating so
there is less nutrition, as well as the formation of free radicals.
This is such an important topic, I have excerpted the section on
microwaving from my book, The Handbook of Rife Frequency Healing. It's
on my website at
http://www.nenahsylver.com/default.asp?contentID=716&toplevel=618
You can read the details there and see for yourself if this is
something you want to continue doing.
Best wishes,
