Hi chaha, Yeah well if you take a couple tabelspoons or more of potassium chloride which you can buy in the grocery store sold as Lite salt then it can kill you too. they talking about taking large quentities of it to be toxic Water is toxic too if you hold your head under it for 10 minutes.
